At Nordic Business Forum 2024, Kim Scott, the author and co-founder of Radical Candor will talk about the essential skill of giving feedback. She will explore the concept of radical candor and provide a framework that will help in the moment to remember what great feedback looks like. Additionally, Kim will offer practical tips on how to solicit feedback, how to give both praise and criticism, and how to gauge what you’re saying is landing.

Kim is the author of bestsellers ‘Radical Respect: How to Work Together Better’ and ‘Radical Candor: Be a Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity’. She is also the co-founder of the company Radical Candor, where she helps leaders and companies cultivate collaborative cultures.
Additionally, Kim has been a CEO coach at large organizations such as Dropbox, Twitter, and Qualtrics. She was also a member of the faculty at Apple University and before that led AdSense, YouTube, and DoubleClick teams at Google.
