9Mar2020
The applications for our Speaker Contest closed in the middle of February and we received over 300 applications from 37 different countries – and that amount exceeded even our wildest expectations. Now, we are excited to announce the 40 people who were selected to compete across five in-person qualifying rounds. Two contestants from each qualifying round will be selected by the jury to progress to the final round of the contest held in Oslo.
Here’s what our Head of Speaker Relations, Ville Saarikalle, says about the contestants: “I am very happy with the ones we selected to continue in the competition! It will be an amazing show with lots of great insights!”
You can find the list of the semifinalists below and more information about the contest on our website.
