Paul Polman, the former CEO of Unilever, will be joining the lineup of our Online Bootcamp on 22 April 2021.
We are excited to announce that we have confirmed Paul Polman as the final speaker of our Online Bootcamp in April. Polman is the Co-founder and Chair of IMAGINE, a social venture accelerating business leadership to achieve the Global Goals. He is also acting on the boards of organizations such as The B Team, Saïd Business School, and the International Chamber of Commerce.
Polman was the CEO of Unilever for 10 years until 2018. During his tenure, the company was one of the best-performing companies in its sector, delivering ten years of consistent top and bottom-line growth. Over the course of his time at Unilever, he also demonstrated that a long-term, multi-stakeholder model goes hand-in-hand with excellent financial performance. In 2018, Financial Times referred to Polman as “a standout CEO of the past decade”.
At the bootcamp, Polman will share his advice on, for example, how to innovate in turbulent times and how to inspire employees to meet the challenges of innovation.
