We’re in the home stretch leading up to Nordic Business Forum 2019!!
Are you fully prepared for the best business days of your year? Make sure you get plenty of sleep, eat well, and exercise. Once you’re healthy, we recommend that you set yourself a goal for the event. What do you hope to achieve by attending this event? For some, it may be to make new business contacts, while for others, it may be to learn from our speakers. Whatever your purpose, plan ahead and bring all your tools with you to make the most of your time with us.
In the spirit of being prepared, we have compiled a checklist for you to review before the conference. It will help you stay on top of everything that’s happening at NBForum 2019 so you won’t miss a thing!
Last-Minute Checklist for NBForum 2019

__ Download our official event app Brella and start booking meetings
__ Get your seminar pass from the pre-check-in
__ Read our Welcome Kit
__ Get to know your way to and around the venue
__ “Get to know” the speakers by reading our blog series
__ Decide what to wear! Remember to choose comfortable shoes.
__ Pack plenty of business cards
__ Charge your computer and phone and take a power bank with you!
__ Take headphones with you to listen to the simultaneous interpretation by Delingua
__ Start following @NBForumHQ and using #NBForum2019 on Twitter and Instagram
During:
__ Arrive early for check-in (if you missed the pre-check-in)
__ Figure out your way around the venue and find your seat
__ Watch interviews between sessions at our live stream studio
__ Eat! Try out our menu at lunch and snack breaks and let us know what you think!
__ Eat more! Explore the menus at onsite restaurants and food trucks
__ Drink lots of water to stay hydrated
__ Keep an open mind and network with other event guests
__ Book meeting with Brella and arrive early for your meetings
__ If you’re a C-level exec, engage in discussions and network with people at our peer exchange tables
__ Take notes and interact with the topics to get the most out of each session
__ Visit our partner experience area in the networking hall
__ Find a quiet spot if you need to catch up on work
__ Go take a photo at the NBForum 2019 photo wall
__ Say hi to our staff in orange scarves and bowties — we’re here to serve you!
__ Join the discussion on social media using #NBForum2019
__ Make the most of your evenings by continuing to casually network at our day one afterparties
After:
__ Tell us what you thought by giving feedback online or in-person
__ Contact the people you met on and off Brella and follow-up on business opportunities
__ Follow-up on missed connections by using NBForum 2019 as a talking point
__ Share lessons and memories of NBForum 2019 with your friends and colleagues
