Full Keynote by Björn Wahlroos
“If Europe wants to make it on the world stage, we need a vibrant economy, competitiveness, powerful defense, and a vision of the future based on our common values.” – Björn Wahlroos
At Nordic Business Forum 2024, Björn gave a compact overview of the challenges facing Europe’s competitiveness, leadership, and unity. He, for example, highlighted how Europe has fallen behind the U.S. in economic growth and technology, pointing to bureaucratic inefficiencies and a lack of shared identity as significant barriers.
If you missed his talk or want to go back to it, you can watch Björn’s full keynote on our Youtube channel.
HS Visio Live Studio Interviews
In addition to the Main Stage sessions, we again hosted insightful interviews with our speakers and event guests at the HS Visio Live Studio. The discussions tackled a range of topics such as leadership, strategy, talent development, and more. If you missed these sessions live, you can still enjoy the recordings.

Stop and Think
“If you want to build an organization with capability and confidence, and if you want courageous leadership across your company, don’t settle for the role of genius on the team—play the role of genius maker.”
