Anssi Rantanen is a growth marketing expert, serial entrepreneur, and public speaker. He has helped over 50+ companies implement and execute growth strategies during a 3-year career Google. Anssi Rantanen has also founded 3 companies in the last 10 years. He is currently CEO at Growth Tribe in Finland, an education company that teaches companies the skills that they need in order to succeed. Anssi is extremely passionate about learning: he was never good at school but fell in love with learning at Google.
At Growth Tribe, we study what the world’s fastest growing companies do and then teach it to corporates – and we’ve found that these growth machines are incredibly fast-paced and experiment-driven. Because the world is changing at an ever-faster pace. And the only way to figure out what works in a turbulent environment is by trying a lot of things out. If you want to grow, you need to start experimenting. So, how does one do that?
This is what I’ll be addressing in my 15-minute keynote at Nordic Business Forum 2019. My goal is to show you how to take actual steps towards becoming more agile and experiment-driven in your marketing. I’ve spoken to many marketing organizations over the years, and what I often hear is some version of the following: “we’re already agile” (when in fact they’re not), “we’re too busy to experiment” (which will likely be your downfall) or “we don’t know how to implement this cultural change” (which is why it’s great that you’re going to Nordic Business Forum 2019).
