Event Information for Estonians
Here we have gathered the most relevant information for our Estonian event guests. Below you can discover a special travel package via Tallink, accommodation recommendations, evening activity information, and more. Additionally, you can take a look at the list of Estonian companies that are attending the event with you.
Traveling between Tallinn and Helsinki
The Tallink travel package includes a ferry ride and a meal on the ferry. There’s no need to add separate meals when booking, as they are automatically included with the booking code provided below. The entire buffet area will be reserved for Nordic Business Forum guests, which gives you an excellent opportunity to network with other attendees while enjoying your meal.
Departures and prices:
- One-way: Tallinn – Helsinki, 24 September at 7:30 = 50€ + fuel and emission surcharge per person
- One-way: Helsinki – Tallinn, 25 September at 19:30 = 62€ + fuel and emission surcharge per person
- Return (both trips included): 112€ + fuel and emission surcharge per person
The seats in buffet are limited to 450 in MyStar and 430 in Megastar, and the package is on sale while seats are still available.

Please note that the booking code does not give a discount when traveling in the Business Lounge.
Traveling between the Helsinki Harbor and Messukeskus
For those who have booked the travel package from Tallink, we will have buses taking you from the harbor in Helsinki to Messukeskus on the first event day and back to the harbor again after the event ends.
Schedule:
- Arrival on 24th of September: TBC
- Departure on 25th of September: TBC
A few things that you should take into consideration:
- We have our customer service team guiding you to the right place. You will recognize them from the orange accessories.
- We highly recommend all VIP guests to be on the earlier bus on the first day, so that you will make it in time for the start of the VIP program.
- The buses go directly to the event venue. This means that there will be no stops at the hotels as they will not be ready for check-in on the time of your arrival.
- The cloakrooms at the venue will keep your luggage safe, so no need to worry about that!
Accommodation at Scandic
Our Event Partner Scandic offers exclusive rates for all Nordic Business Forum 2025 attendees. They have multiple hotels in the city center of Helsinki and surrounding areas, with many options to commute to the event venue. For our Estonian guests, we recommend staying at Marski by Scandic or Scandic Helsinki Hub. The afterparty on 24 September will be held on Marski by Scandic. You can find more information about the evening program on the general event info website.
Our customers are entitled to a 15% discount on Scandic’s Full Flex prices, including breakfast, change, and cancellation free of charge (following each hotel’s policy). Group bookings of more than 10 rooms are priced on a case-by-case basis.
Instructions:
- Reservations for Scandic hotels in Finland are done with the client number D000049496 at Scandic’s website
- Enter the client number in the “Do you have a reservation code” field
- You can book directly from the hotel in question or from Scandic’s reservation and customer service at +358 200 81800
Tallinn Pre-Check-In
To enter the event, each attendee will need to show their Event Badge upon arrival at the venue. You can get your badge at the venue on the day of the event, but if possible, we recommend you claim your badge from the pre-check-in in Tallin:
18 September at 9:00 – 17:30, Nordic Hotel Forum, Tallinn
If you can’t make it to the pre-check-in, you can collect your Event Badge from the check-in at Messukeskus when you arrive to the event.
Whenever you claim your Event Badge, remember to take your ticket and an ID.
