Practical Information to Estonian Customers

Here we have gathered the most relevant information for our Estonian event guests: Tallinn pre-check-in, Tallink travel package, and bus rides between the harbor and the venue.

Tallinn Pre-Check-In
To enter the event, each attendee will need to show their Event Badge upon arrival at the venue. If possible, we recommend you claim your badge from the pre-check-in in Tallin:
19 September at 9:00 – 17:30, Nordic Hotel Forum, Tallinn
If you can’t make it to the pre-check-in, you can collect your Event Badge from the check-in at Messukeskus when you arrive to the event.
Whenever you claim your Event Badge, remember to take your ticket and an ID.
Traveling between Tallinn and Helsinki
The Tallink travel package includes a ferry ride and a meal on the ferry. There’s no need to add separate meals when booking, as they are automatically included with the booking code provided below. The entire buffet area will be reserved for Nordic Business Forum guests, which gives you an excellent opportunity to network with other attendees while enjoying your meal.
Departures and prices:
- One-way: Tallinn – Helsinki, 25 September at 7:30 = 49,50€ + fuel and emission surcharge per person
- One-way: Helsinki – Tallinn, 26 September at 19:30 = 60,50€ + fuel and emission surcharge per person
- Return (both trips included): 110€ + fuel and emission surcharge per person
The seats in buffet are limited to 425, and the package is on sale while seats are still available.

If the package is fully booked, we recommend the following alternatives with the same booking code:
- Business Lounge One-way 131€ + fuel and emission surcharge per person
- Business Lounge Return 262€ + fuel and emission surcharge per person

Traveling between the Helsinki Harbor and Messukeskus
For those who have booked the travel package from Tallink, we will have premium-class Lehtimäki buses taking you from the harbor in Helsinki to Messukeskus on the first event day and back to the harbor again after the event ends.
Schedule:
Arrival on 25th of September: The ferry arrives at 9.30, so the buses start leaving at 9.45 as they fill up.
Departure on 26th of September: The main stage program ends at 16:30 and the ferry leaves at 19:30. The first bus to the harbor leaves from the Northern Parking Space at 17:10 and the last bus at 18:10. There’s enough time for you to to enjoy some sparkling, follow conversations at HS Visio Live studio, and continue networking.
A few things that you should take into consideration:
- We have customer service people guiding you to the right place.
- We highly recommend all VIP guests to be on the earlier bus on the first day, so that you will make it in time for the start of the VIP program.
- The buses go directly to the event venue. This means that there will be no stops at the hotels as they will not be ready for check-in on the time of your arrival.
- The cloakrooms at the venue will keep your luggage safe, so no need to worry about that!
