The idea for our NBF Future Tickets was born out of meaningful discussions with our long-time customers, who share our commitment to making a lasting impact. Together, we recognized the need to make NBF more accessible to young professionals, and we’re excited to offer these reduced-price tickets for those aged 25 and under.
Building on the legacy of our ‘Inspiration for Two’ initiative, where we inspired 25,000 young students across Finland and Estonia between 2012 and 2016, we are renewing our commitment to nurturing future leaders through the NBF Future Tickets. By bridging these opportunities, we continue to foster the development of future leaders.

Who can buy the ticket?
Anyone with a Nordic Business Forum 2024 ticket can buy the NBF Future Ticket. There is a limit of one Future Ticket per NBF 2024 ticket purchased. For example, if you have purchased 5 NBF 2024 tickets, you may buy up to 5 Future Tickets.
Who is eligible to use a NBF Future Ticket?
Young professionals under the age of 25 (born in 1999 or later) are eligible to use this NBF Future Ticket. The person must be prepared to show ID when collecting the Event Badge.
What does the NBF Future ticket include?
The NBF Future ticket is exactly the same as a Standard NBF Tickets. It includes: two-day conference pass to the event in Helsinki, all-inclusive catering, matchmaking and networking through the Brella event app, 90-day access to the recordings, and simultaneous interpretation: Estonian, Finnish, Latvian, Lithuanian, and Swedish.
I have a VIP or First Class ticket, can my mentee have the same?
No, the NBF Future ticket is always a Standard Ticket regardless of the ticket type of the person who sponsors it.
I already have a ticket for an under 25 years old. Can I get a refund?
Amazing that you have already decided to inspire a young professional! And yes, you can get a refund by contacting our customer care at info@nbforum.com. Please note that there is a limit of one NBF Future Ticket per regular ticket purchased. For example, if you have purchased 2 regular tickets, you may change one of them to NBF Future Ticket. There is also a limit of 50 NBF Future Tickets in total, and after these seats are filled, no further refunds are granted.
I am under 25 years old, why can't I buy the ticket myself?
NBF Future Tickets are intended to be purchased by existing ticket holders as a way to sponsor and mentor young professionals. This approach fosters connections between generations, allowing seasoned leaders to bring the next generation into the NBF community
What is the cancellation policy?
Purchases from Nordic Business Forum have a 30-day cancellation policy from the date when the order is placed. However, cancellations will not be accepted less than 30 days before the event.
The last day to cancel is 26th of August.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Leaving an invoice unpaid does not count as a cancellation.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept credit card and invoice. If you choose to use, you will get a paylink to your email after we have processed your order.
