A Deep Dive Into One of the Largest Business Conferences in the World
A year ago, we got together with 7,655 leaders for our tenth annual Nordic Business Forum. To celebrate that milestone, we decided to film a documentary to capture our story – and the behind the scenes of our story. Now, thanks to the professional work by VitaPictura, the film is ready to be shared with the world!
As we can’t get together in person this year, we will get together online to watch the documentary and to cherish the memories of live events. After the documentary, we will also host short discussions with the film’s main characters and other international event organizers to talk about what the event industry looks like in 2020 and beyond.

The documentary reveals who are the people behind one of the most significant business conferences in Europe and how they organized such a massive event. The film studies different issues one faces when trying to build such a company – working under pressure, dealing with stress, fear of public speaking, and teamwork. The story revolves around four characters behind this event – Hape who is the co-founder of the company, Salla – the head of customer experience, Anssi – winner of the 2019 Speaker Contest and one of the keynote speakers of NBForum 2019, and Nazzira – an intern in charge of the most hectic place of the event – the warehouse.
