Nordic Business Forum is offering an opportunity for 10 young professionals aged 25 and younger to join the 2025 event with an NBF Future Ticket. These 10 individuals get a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside some of the world’s most influential business minds.

What's Included in the Ticket?

With the NBF Future Ticket provided by NBF, you will get access to the Nordic Business Forum 2025 event in Helsinki on the 24th and 25th of September.

The NBF Future Ticket is equal to our Standard Ticket, including all-inclusive catering at the venue, networking and matchmaking opportunities, access to the Main Stage speaker sessions, and more.

Please note that NBF will provide the chosen applicants with the ticket only, and the candidates themselves must arrange the accommodation and travel to the event.

The Application Process

Timeline and Selection Criteria

Anyone aged 25 or under during the event can apply for an NBF Future Ticket through our application form. The application period ends on the 9th of February at 23:59 EET. We will inform the results to all applicants on the 24th of February.

The application includes basic demographic questions and two essay questions. Be mindful of the length limitations of the answers. The selection criteria is outlined below, however, we appreciate applications that are unique and do not simply reflect each point in the selection criteria.

We’ll be looking at the applicant’s motivation, potential impact, alignment with NBF values, and overall diversity:

Motivation & Relevance:

Does the applicant clearly articulate how attending NBF will benefit their professional development?
Do they demonstrate a clear reason why this opportunity matters to them now?

Potential for Impact:

Is the applicant likely to use the experience to create a positive ripple effect—e.g., by sharing knowledge, improving their organization, starting a new initiative, or contributing to their community?
Does the applicant articulate a forward-thinking vision for their career or influence within their field?

Alignment with NBF’s Core Values:

Does the applicant show alignment with Nordic Business Forum’s values (Think like an Entrepreneur, Strive for Excellence, Show that We Care)?

The Story Behind NBF Future

We believe in the power of collaboration and the importance of fostering the next generation of leaders.

The idea for our NBF Future Tickets was born out of meaningful discussions with our long-time customers, who share our commitment to making a lasting impact. Together, we recognized the need to make NBF more accessible to young professionals, and we’re excited to offer these reduced-price tickets for those aged 25 and under.

Building on the legacy of our ‘Inspiration for Two’ initiative, where we inspired 25,000 young students across Finland and Estonia between 2012 and 2016, we are renewing our commitment to empowering future leaders through the NBF Future Tickets. In 2024, we made a pilot, but we hope to grow this initiative for 2025!
