The Story Behind the NBF Future
We believe in the power of collaboration and the importance of fostering the next generation of leaders.
The idea for our NBF Future Tickets was born out of meaningful discussions with our long-time customers, who share our commitment to making a lasting impact. Together, we recognized the need to make NBF more accessible to young professionals, and we’re excited to offer these reduced-price tickets for those aged 25 and under.
Building on the legacy of our ‘Inspiration for Two’ initiative, where we inspired 25,000 young students across Finland and Estonia between 2012 and 2016, we are renewing our commitment to empowering future leaders through the NBF Future Tickets. In 2024, we made a pilot, but we hope to grow this initiative for 2025!

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can buy the ticket?
Anyone with a Nordic Business Forum 2025 ticket can buy the NBF Future Ticket. There is no limit of Future Tickets per NBF 2025 ticket purchased: you have purchase as many Future Tickets as you want.
Who is eligible to use an NBF Future Ticket?
Young professionals 25 years old or under are eligible to use this NBF Future Ticket. The person must be prepared to show ID when collecting the Event Badge.
What does the NBF Future ticket include?
The Standard Future Ticket is exactly the same as a Standard Tickets. It includes: two-day conference pass to the event in Helsinki, all-inclusive catering, matchmaking and networking through the Brella event app, 90-day access to the recordings, and simultaneous interpretation: Estonian, Finnish, Latvian, Lithuanian, and Swedish.
The VIP Future Ticket is exactly the same as the VIP Tickets. They include everything there is in the Standard Ticket as well as access to the VIP sessions on both event days, VIP seating, and the VIP evening on the first event day.
I already have a ticket for an under 25 years old. Can I get a refund?
Amazing that you have already decided to inspire a young professional! And yes, you can get a refund by contacting our customer care at info@nbforum.com. But please note that there is also a limit of 100 NBF Future Tickets in total, and after these seats are filled, no further refunds are granted.
I am under 25 years old, why can't I buy the ticket myself?
NBF Future Tickets are intended to be purchased by existing ticket holders as a way to sponsor and mentor young professionals. This approach fosters connections between generations, allowing seasoned leaders to bring the next generation into the NBF community.
What is the cancellation policy?
Purchases from Nordic Business Forum have a 30-day cancellation policy from the date when the order is placed. However, cancellations will not be accepted less than 30 days before the event.
The last day to cancel is 25th of August.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Leaving an invoice unpaid does not count as a cancellation.
What payment methods do you offer?
Accepted payment methods for Nordic Business Forum events are invoices (PDF-invoice, E-invoice (only within Finland), or a paper invoice), credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto and all Finnish online banks.
