Kim Scott is the author of bestsellers Radical Respect: How to Work Together Better and Radical Candor: Be a Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity. She is also the co-founder of the company Radical Candor, where she helps leaders and companies cultivate collaborative cultures.
Additionally, Kim has been a CEO coach at large organizations such as Dropbox, Twitter, and Qualtrics. She was also a member of the faculty at Apple University and before that led AdSense, YouTube, and DoubleClick teams at Google. Kim learned the most valuable but painful management lessons as co-founder and CEO of two failed start-ups.
