Frequently Asked Questions about Nordic Business Forum 2022

Many things are happening at the event and we know it is easy to forget something important. To help you remember all the important things and stay focused we have gathered some of the most frequently asked questions here!

FYI, this blog will be updated when new important questions emerge, so come back here when you have another question! Perhaps someone else has thought of it too.

ℹ️ Where and when is the event?

The event is held at Messukseskus in Helsinki, Finland.

Day 1 – 20 September 2022

Event Agenda

ℹ️ Where can I find my tickets?

Both online and in-person attendees have received an email to access their tickets. Online attendees have a link from nopreply@brella.io to join the event platform, through which you can watch the event. In-person attendees receive a link through which they can access the ticket portal and retrieve their tickets.

ℹ️ Will the speakers be in Helsinki in person?

Yes! Every speaker in our 12-expert lineup will be physically in Helsinki. The HS Visio Live Studio interviews are also held at the venue.

ℹ️ Where can I collect my event badge?

If you did not give your address details and receive the badge via post, you can collect your badge from the Pre-Check-In at Klaus K Hotel in Helsinki on Monday 19th September between 10:00 – 20:00.

Alternatively, you can collect your badge from the check-in at the event venue on the event days. Be prepared to go through a security check when you arrive.

ℹ️ Can two people use one ticket?

Yes they can! You can split the ticket so that one person can attend the event on the first day and the other on the second day. This service costs 150€ +vat 24% and you can split tickets at the venue on the event days at all check-in and info desks as long as the second-day attendee has not checked in yet.

ℹ️ Where do I sit in the seminar hall and can I reserve a seat?

There are designated seats for VIP and First Class guests, and regular ticket holders can sit wherever in the seminar hall on seats that have not been reserved. You can reserve seats at the venue from the Networking Hall Info desk until the last break of the 2nd event day. This service costs 150€ +vat 24%.

ℹ️ What can I do in the event app Brella?

There are so many things you can do on Brella! When logged in, you can create a profile and start networking with other event guests. You can also organize 15-minute meetings with other guests during the networking breaks.

The live stream is accessed through the event platform on Brella, and you can follow the drawing of live sketchnotes by Saurau. You can also find the up-to-date event agenda on Brella.

ℹ️ Can I still join the event?

Absolutely you can! You can get tickets for the event in Helsinki or join us online 🧡
